Boxing day special

I didn't think I could've done it, but I did.
Being the early riser that I am (cough!), I got up around 7:30am and made my way to Myer in the city. I decided to experience first hand the boxing day sales.

8am
Reached Myer. Scan the men's department, not too bad, crowd's already in full swing, prices didn't look to bad.

8:10am
Made my 1st purchase - a pair of boxers for elf. No sale! But that was what he wanted and that was what he got! They were quite a cute pair too!

8:30am
2nd purchase - a slow cooker for $45. I expected it to cost more but I'm expecting it to last me a life time... no need to lug it from Singapore!

8:45am
Walked around quickly, too many ladies queuing for the changing room, scrap plans to look for clothes. I head home, realising I hadn't paid for my parking.
No ticket please!! *run!*

9am
Head to camberwell, hoping the market is open. It wasn't. So I head to Target just for the fun of it.

9:40am
I walk out with a Braun food blender - $80. Woo! Now I can make pumpkin soup all winter!

10:15am
I sit on the floor in my room and wonder to myself if I've bought un-necessarily.
Tho, I reason with the fact that "I'm sure they'll come to good use.." heheh

So yeah, wasn't too bad for 3 hours worth of work. I should've bought some Christmas cards for next year, but what the hey, what's a festive season when you're so damn organised? :P
