This whole house buying business is driving me insane.
What's too much? What's too little? What's the best thing to do?
Don't look too keen but don't seem like you're not interested.
There's the price of the house and then there's all the hidden costs.

This is so much more then a huge financial commitment, definitely draining on the soul.
Afterall, we're not talking about a property, it's a home - how can you place a price on that?
