I've been told to slow down
Why rush from one thing to the next?
Why are dates and times so important?
Flutter from place to place
To be at a certain place by a certain time
The need to figure out where I need to be on certain days
Some days I hope that it might be easier as time passes
But I know that's all that it is
Only hope.
I take solace when I have time to myself.
I can only hope that one day when it ends, it will not be one of sorrow but one of relief for us both.
